Too often in life, we take the time to complain, but never think to say thanks for a job well done. I am a retired Corporate Consultant who specialized in Customer Service.
I have had 2 experiences with your store and both were positive. From the moment [the staff] answered my telephone call, to my walking out of the store with my purchase [they] represented Jumpplus, with professionalism, courtesy and respect for me as a customer.
[The staff] promptly answered all of my questions, including when he had to consult with one of his peers about the product I was asking about. We communicated both verbally and via email and during those exchanges, I felt valued as a Jumpplus customer.
