I found your front desk personnel to be understanding and empathetic to my concerns. Second my service was put into the hands of your technician, who called me personally to outline an approach to salvaging what he could from the original corrupted hard drive. In the end my computer was returned to me with all the programs and data intact. I'm very grateful.
I've had another incident where our daughter, who attends The University of Guelph called me in a panic when her MacBook crashed. She did not have a backup of data nor an alternate computer to use for her courses. I remembered that Jump+ had a store in Guelph and contacted them by phone. Once again the service provided was exemplary. We rented a replacement laptop, while her machine was fixed and recovered in full. The representative in Guelph went out of there way to ensure that our daughter's academics did not suffer in the incident.
If this is the business model of service that Jump+ strives to maintain and deliver then I applaud it! I will remain a good customer and tell others of my positive experiences.
