Jump+ is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Our Apple Certified Technicians use Apple parts, tools and diagnostics to service your Mac.
If your Mac is covered under Apples Limited Warranty, AppleCare Protection Plan, or AppleCare+, we’ll repair it under the terms of the warranty.
Our Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians utilize Apple’s proven diagnostics processes and extensive in-house resources to investigate reported symptoms and provide options for resolution. We charge a flat rate of $60.00 to diagnose the hardware issue you’re experiencing, meaning theres no surprises if the symptom you’re experiencing is difficult to diagnose. Once a diagnosis has been established, our technicians will reach out with a quote before proceeding with any repairs. We’ll do our best to preserve the data on your computer, but we always recommend keeping a backup of your information.
At Jump+, we recognize that being without your Mac is not only inconvenient, it may not be possible at all. If you’re in a hurry, we offer Jump-the-line service ($90) to ensure your Mac is in our technician’s hands straight away.

Depending on the infection, we may need to install a fresh OS and data preservation may not always be possible.
|MalwareBytes Installation||$59.99|| MalwareBytes is the industry-preferred malware removal and monitoring software for common threats any Mac user may face online. |
We will install the software and provide you with a one year license which you have the option of renewing at the end of the term. The license covers up to 3 users.
|Troubleshooting Single Sessions||$60 session, $30 half hour||Troubleshooting sessions address issues that require your involvement over a period of time. |
This can be an opportunity to learn how Apple products work, or to resolve issues that may require your direct input like Photos issues, Mail app troubleshooting, app installation, creating separate users, creating a Time Machine backup, or how to browse the internet safely.
|Data Recovery||Evaluation $60.00. Quote to be provided.|| We will attempt data recovery from a failed hard drive or unresponsive device. In extreme cases, we may refer to a data recovery specialist.|

Some non-Apple apps may not transfer through this process. New computers ship with later versions of MacOS, which may not be compatible with all apps. Speak with a representative about any concerns you may have.

Periodically, Apple will issue a quality program for known issues. We are able to screen for eligibility for public programs at no charge.
