We are looking to hire an experienced IT Support Professional who will be responsible for technical support. The experienced I.T. Support Professional will provide high-level Macintosh/iOS technical support, develop strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The IT Support Professional will report to the Operations Manager. This roleis based in the Greater Toronto Area, and it will require occasional visits to Jump+ locations and to customer Locations.

Our Business Services division offers one-stop client access to a complete suite of Apple Products, as well as complimentary accessories and services. Besides Apple products and accessories, Jump+ offers: Staging & Logistics services, Warehousing, Servicing & Repair, Financing and Trade-In services. In addition, we also provide a suite of network, security and IT Support solutions as part of our comprehensive Jump Business Solutions services portfolio. Essentially, we are Apple and IT solution experts that provide solutions to business clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver post-sales technical support and solution design for prospective and current customers.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure resolution to satisfaction.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Apple Macintosh and iOS systems, ensuring solutions are delivered clearly and effectively.
  • Manage and resolve IT tickets, access issues, VPN and file server problems, and general technical escalations.
  • Serve as a client advocate when navigating and resolving technical issues.
  • Lead by example and support the professional growth of junior technical staff.
  • Support both on-site and remote clients as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to grow Jump Business Solutions and Jump+ service revenue.
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify, pursue, and close technical service opportunities.

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in Apple-focused technical support roles
  • Strong expertise in macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware ecosystem
  • Expertise in MDM platforms
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 or Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, jamf) are an asset
