What is Apple Business?
Apple Business lets businesses manage people and devices, reach more customers, give their team essential work tools and get support from experts — all in one place. It brings together what was previously in Apple Business Manager, Apple Business Essentials and Apple Business Connect, plus new features.
How does jump+ help with Apple Business?
jump+ enrols your business in Apple Business, so you can access the platform. From there, your organization owns the account and enrols and manages its own Apple devices at business.apple.com.
Does Apple Business cost anything?
No. Apple Business is free for organizations, including its built-in device management and brand management tools.
I already use Apple Business Manager. What changes?
Existing Apple Business Manager accounts move to Apple Business automatically. There’s no change to your login or to how you enrol your devices.
Can I keep using Jamf or another MDM solution?
Yes. You can use the built-in device management, a third-party solution, or both for different sets of devices. Each device is managed by one solution at a time.
Which devices can I manage?
Built-in device management supports Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro. Both company-owned and personal (BYOD) devices can be enrolled.
Can my business buy Apple Creator Studio for employees?
Not at this time. Apple Creator Studio is an individual subscription and isn’t currently available for organization purchases.
