My father's iphone was not charging and he brought the phone to the store to get it looked at. Staff was friendly and efficient in providing him support. Technician inspected phone right away and it turned out the charging port had a piece of paper inside and tech was able to remove and restore charging functionality right away and they fixed it no charge. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store!

I just wanna give a big shout out to every employee at Jump+, I came in one day wanting to get myself an Apple Watch and I had no idea which one was for me so I brought a piece of paper in with a ton of questions to ask, everyone was super helpful and over the past four days that I had been in that store, they helped me without question.
