When your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary by province and may be longer during busy seasons. We require a direct signature on delivery. If your package arrives damaged contact the carrier to file a claim.

In-store pickup
If the product is available for pickup you can select a store at checkout. After payment is confirmed our team prepares your order. You receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. Please bring a photo ID and your order number when you arrive at the store.
