We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider. As such, we honor AppleCare+ protection plans with the exact same service fees and coverage as Apple.

For pricing on our most common repairs, please review our pricing here. If you do not see your specific repair cost listed, it means your device will require a technician's diagnosis to provide an accurate estimate.

Online Shopping

The easiest way to track your order is to create a Jump+ account. You can sign up by selecting the Sign Up button after completing your purchase.


Once registered, you can track all of your orders in real time and enjoy exclusive benefits and promotions available only to our account holders.

Please note that gift cards cannot be processed through our online system at this time. We invite you to visit any of our retail locations to redeem your gift card in-store!

We work closely with our carriers to ensure your order is delivered securely and that proof of delivery is obtained.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Jump+ considers the package successfully delivered. Should any issues arise after this point, we will be happy to assist you in opening an investigation with the courier. If proof of delivery cannot be obtained, we will gladly reissue your package to you.

We have three types of sale items as follows:

1) CLEARANCE
These items are discounted for special promotions or to clear out inventory.

  • All promotional Apple products are brand new, factory-sealed, and include the standard 1-year Apple Limited Warranty.

2) OPEN BOX
These are products that were returned within our 14-day return window.

  • Testing: Every device is fully tested by our Apple Certified Technicians to ensure it functions perfectly.

  • Cosmetic Inspection: Once you place your order, we perform a secondary inspection. We will email you photos of any evident cosmetic wear, giving you the opportunity to approve or cancel your order before it ships.

  • Warranty: Products are covered by the remainder of their original Apple Limited Warranty. If the remaining Apple warranty is less than 90 days, Jump+ will provide a 90-day Limited Warranty to ensure you are covered.

3) CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED
These are devices that were traded in by customers and have been refurbished for resale.

  • Testing: Every device is fully tested by our Apple Certified Technicians to ensure it functions perfectly.

  • Cosmetic Inspection: Once you place your order, we perform a secondary inspection. We will email you photos of any evident cosmetic wear, giving you the opportunity to approve or cancel your order before it ships.

  • Warranty: All used items come with a 90-day Jump+ Limited Warranty. JumpCare is also available on select devices, offering peace of mind by protecting against manufacturer defects for up to two years.

Our Online Order Process
We typically process online orders in three steps:

  • 1) Order Received: You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please note that this only means we have successfully received your order request; it does not mean your payment has been finalized yet.

  • 2) Payment Processing: Online payments currently take approximately 2 business days to process. Once your payment clears, your order will be prepared for shipment.

  • 3) Order Shipped: You will receive a notification informing you that your package is on its way (or shipping shortly), along with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

When you place an order, your credit card company (or Affirm) places a temporary authorization hold on the funds. This is a pending charge, meaning Jump+ has not actually collected any money yet. If your order is canceled, this hold will be released, so you can rest assured that you will not be charged.

Common reasons for order cancellations include:

  1. You requested a cancellation.

  2. The payment was declined by our fraud prevention system (most commonly because the shipping and billing addresses do not match).

  3. The financing agreement failed on Affirm's end.

Any pending hold you see on your account will be automatically reversed by your bank or financial institution within 3–5 business days.

The ship date of your order depends on whether the items are currently in stock at our warehouse. We typically aim to ensure all standard orders leave our facility within 3–5 business days of purchase. However, certain item types may experience different timelines. Please see below for specific details:

Custom-Tailored Orders (CTO MacBooks & iPads)

Some Custom-to-Order (CTO) builds must be ordered directly from Apple, and manufacturing timelines can fluctuate throughout the year. Within 3–5 business days of submitting your order, we will reach out to you with an estimated arrival timeline. Once your custom build arrives at our warehouse and is prepared for shipment, our eCommerce team will email you the carrier tracking information.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are fulfilled strictly in the order they are received. If high demand limits initial supply and your pre-order cannot ship on the official launch date, our eCommerce team will keep you updated and email you the tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is currently out of stock, a member of our eCommerce team will contact you within 3–5 business days to provide an expected fulfillment timeline.

Open-Box & Used Items

For Open-Box or Used items requiring cosmetic pre-approval, our warehouse team will email you photos to confirm the details. To ensure you are happy with the device, the unit will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive your final approval.

Enjoy Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

To qualify for free shipping, simply add $100 or more to your cart (before taxes), and the shipping cost will automatically discount to $0 at checkout.

Please note: Free shipping applies to all Canadian provinces, excluding Quebec.
