I had an exceptional experience with Hunter at the Jump+ store in Kingston. When my sister's stolen iPhone was returned and she was unable to use it, Hunter went above and beyond to assist her. He was incredibly compassionate and empathetic, understanding the stress of her situation. Hunter patiently explained how to resolve her issue with Apple, and even wrote out the steps in the order that she needed to complete them. He even offered to give her ongoing support once she was able to contact Apple support and remove the lock that was put on when she reported her phone stolen. His dedication and kindness made all the difference in what could have been a very frustrating day. I highly recommend Hunter for his outstanding service!
