I came to the store because the capacity of my iPhone’s battery was below 80%. The employees working there are super friendly and helpful! Their Service Technician Abdussalam was absolutely fantastic in resolving the issue with my phone! He put in a new battery for me and I was still having issues the next with it and went back to see if he could diagnose the problem with my iPhone! After concluding it couldn’t be fixed, he sent notice to Apple and they switched my old iPhone for a brand new one (same model)! I will be returning when the time comes for a new phone or Apple product! Definitely recommend this store!
