Customer Service
• Be available as required to respond to customer’s needs, suggestions, and complaints.
• Exert discretion and sound judgement to “surprise and delight” clients.
• Assist sales team in developing and maintaining long term clients through excellence in customer
• Service, follow up, and anticipating business needs.
Operations, Administration and Merchandising
• Maintain a clean and organized retail store, with impeccable attention to detail always, ensure that the proper merchandising plan is followed as per directive.
• Use, develop, and maintain checklists to ensure that all established procedures are being followed.
• Assist in the interpretation of merchandising guidelines when inventory is not at ideal plan levels.
• Anticipate possible obstacles, provide safety, protection, and security to our place, people, products, and customers
• Assist in the audit and self-audit functions to ensure accuracy of inventory and stock levels where possible.
• Understand and identify the business challenges and opportunities within a retail environment, and within your own unique trading area and city. Identify and maximize trends and opportunities as they present themselves through stock inventory adjustments and HQ communications.
• Demonstrate willingness to open and close the store, work mid-shifts and modify your schedule where necessary in the best interest of your trading area and staffing complement.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for your store, for corporate clients in your trading area, and for Jump + overall.
• Support the maintenance of our e-commerce sight, and purchasing schemes designed to increase customer base and sales and see it as an extension of our in-store experience.
• Coach associates to learn, train, grow and expand their opportunities to grow with Jump+.
• Exhibit responsibility and security for Jump +’s financial assets and deposits.
• Submission of accurate and timely accounting documentation, audits, counts, and returns.
• Attaining and maintaining ideal inventory levels to service your customer base.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of associate files, sales data, service logs and Apple directives.
• Adhere to Jump’s values, policies, procedures and standards as directed by HQ
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform any, and as many tasks as are required to ensure the success of the store.

We are looking for an experienced team member to join our brand-new Apple Premium Reseller store located in Windsor. This is an exceptional chance to lead the launch of a new store from the ground up — to build a high-performing team, shape a strong store culture, and drive lasting success from day one.

Position: Store Manager
Location: Windsor, ON
Leadership
• Be responsible for the financial, administrative, operational and cultural well-being of the location in all duties as required.
• Ensure Jump+ is perceived as a premium destination for all Apple products, training, accessories while providing “Surprise & Delight” to our customers.
• Meet and exceed utilization and revenue targets on a regular basis.
• Coach and train the sales team to achieve high sales standards using best techniques.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
• Staff the retail store: from recruiting and hiring, to scheduling the right people at the right time.
• Model exemplary sales techniques: Inspire and educate staff and customers on products, accessories and services offered.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and be available for coaching/mentoring and problem resolution.
• Assist with the reporting and discussion of store numbers, targets and results.
• Meet and exceed targets on a regular basis.
• Meet and exceed SEED Training expectations, monitor and coach staff to train, meet and exceed their minimum SEED Training requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Lead by example always and act as a Jump+ ambassador in and outside the store.
