Mail-in Repair Service

Although we always prefer to welcome you in store, where you can speak to our Apple certified technicians, we understand sometimes it is difficult to come in.  For those occasions we offer mail-in repair service.

  • For those times when you cannot come to us, our Apple certified technicians will work with you to provide mail-in repair service.

    c. Remove your SIM card

    Please mail us your device. Be sure to also include a return shipping label.
    Our team will provide a link to review the status of your Service Order once it arrives.
  • Diagnosis

    Diagnosis

    When your device reaches jump+, our Apple certified technicians will run diagnostics*. They will advise of any associated costs and obtain your approval prior to proceeding with the repair.
  • Approval & Repair

    Approval & Repair

    Upon receiving approval, our team will proceed with the repair and advise you when it has been completed. Link for payment will be sent.
  • Return

    Return

    Once the repair is completed and paid for, our team will package the device in the same box it came in* and return it to you by using the waybill provided.
    • We recommend backing up your device before sending it in for service. If you would like us to attempt to make a temporary backup for you, please request a pre-service data backup.  Our fees are($40 for iOS devices, $60 for Mac) when you submit your service request. 
    • Out-of-Warranty Mac diagnostics are subject to a $60 diagnostic charge.  iOS devices are diagnosed free of charge.
    • Shipping to and from jump+ is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We recommend securely packaging your product before shipment to protect it from potential damage during transport and insuring your shipment against damage and loss. 
    • Our stores will reuse packaging provided, as our retail stores do not have packaging material.
