Mail-in Repair Service
Although we always prefer to welcome you in store, where you can speak to our Apple certified technicians, we understand sometimes it is difficult to come in. For those occasions we offer mail-in repair service.

Mail in Service is only available for MacBook, iMac and Mac Mini Devices

We recommend backing up your device before sending it in for service. If you would like us to attempt to make a temporary backup for you, please request a pre-service data backup. Our fees are($40 for iOS devices, $60 for Mac) when you submit your service request.
Out-of-Warranty Mac diagnostics are subject to a $60 diagnostic charge. iOS devices are diagnosed free of charge.
Shipping to and from jump+ is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend securely packaging your product before shipment to protect it from potential damage during transport and insuring your shipment against damage and loss.
Our stores will reuse packaging provided, as our retail stores do not have packaging material.
