    How do I use PayBright?

    Add items to your bag and checkout as normal,
    • Select PayBright as your preferred method of payment
    • Enter your details with PayBright and you're done!
    • Your payment schedule and agreement will be emailed to you

    How do I qualify for PayBright?

    • You must be a Canadian resident
    • Have a Canadian bank account or credit card
    • Be at or above the age of majority for your province or territory

    Does applying for financing impacting my credit score?

    • When applying for Pay-in-4 payment plan, there is a soft check and will  not  impact your credit score.
    • When applying for Regular interest/equal payment options PayBright will perform a hard credit check and will impact your credit score.

    How do I make payments?

    • PayBright will arrange payment method during checkout to your credit card or direct deposit

    How much can I spend using PayBright?

    • You can use PayBright "Pay in 4" orders between $35 and $400
    • Regular interest/equal payment options are available for $500 and above.

    Can I prepay my outstanding PayBright balance?

    • Yes, all PayBright payment plans can be prepaid at any time without penalty

    What happens if I miss a payment?

    • If you miss a payment, PayBright will automatically reschedule the payment to be debited a few days later. 
    • Additional charges for late and missed payments will apply.
    • Please contact PayBright directly if you need to discuss your payment plan or the timing of your payments.

    What happens if I am not approved?

    • Despite our best efforts to do so, PayBright is not able to provide payment plans to every applicant. This could be due to the information on your credit file, or because PayBright was not able to verify your identity.

    Please NOTE:

    • With Pay in 4 Your first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments over the next 6 weeks.
    • If you return an item, your payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded any payments you have already made.
    • If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10.
    • For 0% interest promotions:On approved credit. To qualify, purchase value must be between $500 and $2,000 after taxes and fees. A monthly processing fee of up to $9.95 is applicable to each payment. All transactions are subject to approval by PayBright. This offer may be amended or canceled at any time and cannot be combined with other offers or gift cards. Offer is not applicable to the province of Quebec. See for more information.
